No worries, that’s normal! As your photographer it’s 100% my job to pose you. From your head to your toes, even prompting what faces to make or what to do with your hands, I’ll help you through it all!
-
Your lingerie (unless you added on the client closet) If you’re struggling to pick some out, I’m happy to help!
Any props that you would like to bring (heels, your partners shirt, etc.)
And a water bottle!

Make sure you try on your lingerie beforehand and cut off all tags with scissors, don’t rip them. (No crotch-less lingerie)
Stretch on the days leading up to your session and incorporate a deep stretch the day of your session! If you want to pull off poses to their full effect, those muscles should be warmed up! This will help reduce limitations and provide you with better results!
It’s important to eat a healthy and light meal before your session. Your body needs the nutrients, we are not going hungry for photos. No ma’am! Plus, it takes more energy than you may think. Avoid eating foods that are heavy and dense.

In the days before your scheduled session, it’s completely normal to get cold feet, (Even I get nervous before my own boudoir sessions) but this is something you’re doing for yourself. You deserve to see it through!
The first few minutes can be a bit intimidating as well as you’re getting the hang of things. However, it won’t take long to get comfortable and see how simple it really is with my help! I’ll be guiding you through it all! I’m there to be your personal hype woman!

Absolutely! These are your intimate images. It is 100% your decision who can see them. However, if you are comfortable with sharing all or a few photos, I would be so thrilled! Regardless, I will send you a release form.

As of 2024, I’ll have my sessions at Wild Light Studio. Located in the beautiful West Bottoms of Kansas City, MO.
However, I’m completely open to travel and shooting at other locations!

Please no self-tanner. If done incorrectly, it can be hard to fix when editing and/or ruin studio furniture and/or props.
Avoid wearing anything tight on your body that can leave marks or indentations, before your session (Bras, jeans, tight leggings, wristbands etc.)
Finding the right lingerie for you; I always recommend underwire in your lingerie if you’re wanting a little lift, like I do! I also suggest finding pieces that have adjustable straps on top (and bottom if it’s a two piece) so that you can make sure it fits your body like a glove. This is great for someone like me who’s in-between sizes.
